promise的用法1:promise作“允諾”“答應(yīng)”解時(shí),是指作出口頭或書面的許諾,答應(yīng)別人自己去做某事,但僅指主觀意愿,并不一定能實(shí)現(xiàn)或有實(shí)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)。
promise的用法2:promise用作及物動(dòng)詞,其后可接名詞、代詞、動(dòng)詞不定式或that從句作賓語,也可接由名詞、動(dòng)詞不定式、that從句充當(dāng)直接賓語的雙賓語,其間接賓語可以轉(zhuǎn)換為介詞to的賓語。
promise的用法3:promise也可作“有可能”“給人以…指望”解,可用作不及物動(dòng)詞,也可用作及物動(dòng)詞; 用作及物動(dòng)詞時(shí)接名詞或代詞作賓語。
