(1)要清楚的介紹自己,并確認(rèn)接電話的對(duì)方是否是自己想要找的人。
情況一:接電話剛好是你要找的人。

你好,我是湯姆,請(qǐng)問(wèn)皮特在嗎?
B: This is Peter speaking.

情況二:接電話的人不是你要找的人。
