大學(xué)好，我叫g(shù)kstk，2016年畢業(yè)于遼寧財政高等?？茖W(xué)校企業(yè)管理專業(yè)。同年就職于一家僅有四人、銷售額不足1000萬元的外貿(mào)公司，并一直工作至今。
我的教育背景和最初的工作背景都算不上優(yōu)秀，但是我用自己的努力證明了這樣一個道理-------大專生并不比本科生差，小公司一樣會有大發(fā)展。下面請老師允許我舉三個小例子來證明我的觀點。
我的家鄉(xiāng)在遼西的一個偏遠(yuǎn)小山村，十年九旱，家境貧寒，高考前夕，為了籌集上大學(xué)的學(xué)費，改善家里的經(jīng)濟條件，我在家里辦起了“釀酒廠”，進行糧食加工轉(zhuǎn)化，飼料喂豬牛，后來的結(jié)果證明，這個小廠極大改善了家里的經(jīng)濟狀況，也在封閉落后的鄉(xiāng)村掀起了科學(xué)致富的春風(fēng)。這是我人生第一次創(chuàng)業(yè)嘗試。
以2分之差與本科失之交臂之后，我來到了遼寧財政高等?？茖W(xué)校，我沒有抱怨，沒有氣餒，為了破解當(dāng)時大專生普遍存在的自卑心理和就業(yè)難題，我創(chuàng)建了創(chuàng)業(yè)者協(xié)會，提出了“創(chuàng)業(yè)就是就業(yè)，而且是更高起點的就業(yè)”口號，用創(chuàng)業(yè)者的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來嚴(yán)格要求自己和所有會員，通過有效的策劃和組織，帶領(lǐng)會員進行各種創(chuàng)業(yè)嘗試，最終實現(xiàn)了兩個目標(biāo)：一是協(xié)會所有的運營資金都來自于協(xié)會各種實踐活動的收入，沒有向會員收取任何會費;二是絕大部分會員經(jīng)過協(xié)會的鍛煉后，重拾了自信，在日后的求職和職業(yè)發(fā)展過程中，都表現(xiàn)出了比非會員更強的優(yōu)勢。據(jù)我最近對母校的了解，目前這個協(xié)會仍然在運作，依然是學(xué)校中最務(wù)實、最具影響力的協(xié)會。
2016年7月畢業(yè)后，我選擇了一家小型外貿(mào)公司?；趦蓚€原因：一是中國剛剛加入WTO，外貿(mào)必然有大發(fā)展;二是小公司里可以接觸到外貿(mào)全過程，能迅速提高自身的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。從對外貿(mào)一無所知到精通各個操作環(huán)節(jié)，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班請教，晚上自學(xué)研究。在完成工作目標(biāo)的同時，有意識的對業(yè)務(wù)流程、單證進行規(guī)范，自編了外貿(mào)制單系統(tǒng)，使制單效率提高了75%，同時保證了單據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。在過去的六年中，先后協(xié)助公司建立國際業(yè)務(wù)部與國際市場開發(fā)部并擔(dān)任主管，建立健全部門規(guī)章制度。我負(fù)責(zé)的國際市場開發(fā)部在過去的3年中創(chuàng)造了近億元的銷售業(yè)績，為公司創(chuàng)造利潤2000多萬元。目前我所服務(wù)的公司已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)?shù)厮a(chǎn)龍頭企業(yè)，員工近千人，年產(chǎn)值超過億元大關(guān)。
我認(rèn)為我具有以下的幾個優(yōu)點
1. 思維活躍，悟性較強。----- 恥于安于現(xiàn)狀、能夠迅速識別利用機會，并迅速的付之行動。
2. 淳樸誠信，務(wù)實上進。----- 父母影響、貧苦經(jīng)歷。
3. 胸懷大志，連接城鄉(xiāng)。----- 整合城鄉(xiāng)供應(yīng)、加工、流通產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，助農(nóng)民增收、令市民感動。
4. 善于學(xué)習(xí)，總結(jié)提高。----- 自學(xué)能力強，經(jīng)?？偨Y(jié)，做事穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打，步步為營。
個人缺點
1. 行慢于言，相對保守。
2. 內(nèi)心焦躁，急于求成。
3. 溝通不主動，還需修煉。
我的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，也就是我現(xiàn)在所服務(wù)公司的老板，認(rèn)為我擅長于“目標(biāo)管理”、“執(zhí)行力強”，所以也非常支持我報考大工MBA，大工是我的一個夢想，希望9月份能夠在這里聆聽老師們的教誨。相信我---張立威同學(xué)一定會給老師爭光，為大工添彩!

I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is abc, 25 years old. I com#e from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from com#mercial College in July, 2001 and major in finance. Then, I was a teacher in abc, When I was a senior school student, I am interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of Marxism, especially I finished reading “the florilegium of Mao ZeDong”. From then on, I have dabbled in more and more theoretical works and accumulated great interests in theory study, especially in Marxism.
I have a dream, a dream of my study. I wish devote my whole life and energy into the development of the Marxism. Personally, for today’s China, the first task to the development of Marxism is a process of construction. That’s to say, we should understand Marxism mostly from the aspect of construction and development of social society. I'm graduating from Jilin Normal University this June which has a history of 5years. It shares many same characteristics with Jilin University. Both of them have a refreshing and scholarly atmosphere. Four years studying there made me an independent, optimistic and strict girl. I appreciate the education my university gave me.
First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens thoughts. What s more, modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge.
