Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I hope I can make a good performance today. I'm confident that I can succeed. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 26 years old, born in Shandong province. I graduated from Qingdao University. My major is electronics. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. I’ve acquired basic knowledge of my major. It is my long cherished dream to be an engineer and I am eager to get an opportunity to fully play my ability.
In July 2003, I began working for a small private company as a technical support engineer in Qingdao city. Because there was no more chance for me to give full play to my talent, so I decided to change my job. And in August 2004, I left for Beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer. Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Moreover，Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain a lot from working in this kind of company. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position. I think I'm a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. Also，I am able to work under great pressure. I am confident that I am qualified for the post of engineer in your company.

During this period, I have learnt much. 早上好!
下面我將簡單介紹一下我自己。
首先，我具有較高的政治素養(yǎng)。從學前班至大學一直擔任班長職務，并且一直是班里第一批加入少先隊，中國共青團和中國共產(chǎn)黨的學生。我深知作為一名公職人員必須要有一定的政治素養(yǎng)，尤其是作為在新疆這個多民族地區(qū)工作的公務員，更要有堅定的政治立場。
第二，通過四年的本科學習，使我具備了扎實的英語專業(yè)基礎知識和良好的口語交際能力，而且通過努力學習，我順利通過了英語專業(yè)八級和全國公共六級的考試，并且在大學學習期間，積極參加了學校的各項社會實踐活動，例如2008年12月由學校選派負責陪同國家教育部專家本科大學教學評估工作，并擔任教評期間的外語導游。同時，我的自我學習能力非常強，因此如果將來工作需要我學習某種新的語言，我非常有信心在較短時間內良好的掌握這門語言或者技能，從而更好的開展工作。
第三，我認為我具有自信，熱情和細心的性格特點。我認為自信是成功必備的品質，所以充滿自信的我將會把這種自信的狀態(tài)帶入工作當中。同時熱情也是我的一大特點，我非常欣賞溫家寶的一句話“為什么我的眼淚常含著淚水，因為我對這土地愛的深沉”，我想這正是作為一名公務員應當具備的情感。在工作中我會以飽滿的熱情，迎接每一個具體的工作。
第四，四年的大學生涯中，我一直擔任院系學生會組織干部職務，同時兼任本班班長，這些工作極大的鍛煉了我的溝通及協(xié)調能力和組織策劃能力，我的工作也得到了大家的認可，并被授予優(yōu)秀學生干部，三好學生和優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生等光榮稱號。同時，我也有著較好的團隊精神。
我深知，個人的能力始終是有限的，只有大家緊密團結，將每個人的優(yōu)勢結合，才能更好的完成任務。在工作中更是如此，在日常工作中，必須具有較強的溝通能力，要和領導進行溝通，和同事進行溝通，和民眾進行溝通，才能更好的完成任務。同時要發(fā)揚團隊精神，和同事們進行合作，才能順利完成工作!
當然我還有一定的缺點，比如缺乏社會實踐和社會閱歷，經(jīng)驗不足，但是在今后的工作中，我一定會虛心學習，認真改正自己不足，發(fā)揮自己優(yōu)勢，努力做好本職工作，做一個領導放心，群眾滿意的合格公務員!
