這"面試"對用人單位是否把你作為可能的人選并決定是否與你進(jìn)一步接觸有著不可低估的作用。自薦信實(shí)質(zhì)上就是自我介紹信，它的格式和一般書信大致相同，即稱呼，正文，結(jié)尾，落款。開頭要寫明用人單位人事部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，如"**單位負(fù)責(zé)同志：您好"字樣，結(jié)尾寫上祝愿性的話，并表示熱切希望有一個面試的機(jī)會，最后寫明自己的單位，通訊聯(lián)系地址，姓名和時間。自薦信的主要內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括自己具有用人單位所需的那些才能及自己對工作的態(tài)度。具體地講應(yīng)包括：

要寫好自薦信，應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)：
一、態(tài)度誠懇，措辭得當(dāng)，用語應(yīng)委婉而不隱晦，恭敬而不阿諛，自信而不自大。
二、著眼現(xiàn)實(shí)，有針對性。動筆之前，最好對單位的情況有所了解，以免脫離實(shí)際說外語話。
三、實(shí)事求是，言之有物。自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)要突出，但不可夸大其辭，弄虛作假。
