　　Chia Hong, who worked for Facebook from 2010 to 2013, said that she faced discrimination, harassment and retaliation — and was eventually fired — because she is a woman and of Taiwanese descent, according to a lawsuit filed in state court in San Mateo County, where the company is based.

　　In response to Ms. Hong's suit, Facebook said in a statement: "We work extremely hard on issues related to diversity, gender and equality, and we believe we've made progress."

　　在Facebook總部所在地圣馬特奧市的州法院提交的一份訴訟資料顯示，洪嘉(音譯)2010年至2013年供職于Facebook，她說由于自己是女性，而且有臺灣血統(tǒng)，在該公司受到歧視、騷擾和報復(fù)，并最終遭到解雇。

　　對于洪嘉的訴訟，F(xiàn)acebook發(fā)表聲明說：“我們在多元化、性別和平等問題上付出了極大的努力，我們相信已經(jīng)在這些方面取得了進(jìn)展。”
