看美劇學(xué)英語(yǔ):I'm just saying的不同用法

  I'm just saying.在不同的場(chǎng)所下的意思你曉得嗎?“I'm just saying.”

I'm not trying to offend you anything.I'm just saying what I think is the truth. Please don't be mad at me.(我不是成心要冒犯你,只是說(shuō)出了我認(rèn)為的原因罷了。

Teresa: You'll be playing with fire if you go out with Justin. You should be careful.(你如果接受Justin的追求的話,你就是在玩火。

Miriam: How dare you? Are you accusing him of something? Are you accusing me of being stupid?(你怎么可能這樣說(shuō)?

  Teresa: Hey.

Elizabeth: Do you have any plans this Saturday?(這個(gè)星期六你有什么安排嗎?)

  Lillian: Not yet.(還沒(méi)有。)

Elizabeth: then come to book swap! It should be a lot of fun. You know, Jason is coming too!(那你來(lái)參加我們的換書(shū)活動(dòng)吧!

Lillian: What does that have to do with me? I have a boyfriend now. I’m not interested in Jason any more!(他來(lái)不來(lái)關(guān)我什么事啊?

  Elizabeth: I'm just saying .(我隨口說(shuō)說(shuō)而已,你別歪曲。)

  三、不愿意否定錯(cuò)誤的人經(jīng)常用“I'm just saying.” 他/她確實(shí)已經(jīng)知道自己錯(cuò)了,只是以為直接說(shuō)“You are right.”(你說(shuō)的對(duì))太沒(méi)體面,所以通過(guò)這句“I'm just saying."表白。

Lewis: That film critic should be fired.(這個(gè)影評(píng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)被炒掉。)

  Robert: What did he say?(他說(shuō)了什么啊?)

Lewis: He said the Departed was adapted from a Chinese film.(他說(shuō)《無(wú)間道風(fēng)波》改編自中文電影。)

Robert: Yeah. right. Infernal affairs.

Lewis: But that's a Hong Kong film! They don't speak Chinese in there!(但那是香港片子啊!

Robert: They speak Cantonese. It's not Mandarin. but it's still Chinese!(他們說(shuō)的是粵語(yǔ)。

  Lewis:I’m just saying.(我只是打個(gè)比方而已。)

他們?cè)趯?xiě)這句話的時(shí)候,也時(shí)常用慵勤版的“I'm just say-en"來(lái)代替畸形版的“I'm just saying"
