一、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號一律使用半角
二、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個(gè)半角空格。

六、對于電話區(qū)號應(yīng)用不同的符號區(qū)分。

七、對于有序列表，應(yīng)采用“阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字 + 英文句點(diǎn) + 半角空格”的方式。
錯(cuò)誤：

正確：

八、括號弧線外要留空格，弧線內(nèi)不要。

但同一個(gè)單詞內(nèi)的括號例外：

九、用彎引號，不要用直(的彎)引號。

十、正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號，en dash (–) 用來連接年份、時(shí)間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。
錯(cuò) 誤：Glenn Gould (1932-1982) is probably my one and only hero - the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.

注意：
1. 若寫作時(shí)用兩個(gè) hyphen (--) 代替破折號，Word 等字處理軟件會自動(dòng)將其轉(zhuǎn)為 em dash (—) 。有鑒于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫作通用的替代法。(注：hyphen - en dash – em dash —)
2. 破折號(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習(xí)慣之不同，無對錯(cuò)之分。惟請?jiān)谕环莺啔v中保持統(tǒng)一。
