問(wèn)候/開(kāi)場(chǎng)白
不管使用何種語(yǔ)言,會(huì)議的基本機(jī)構(gòu)通常是一致的。并且會(huì)議通常多會(huì)以問(wèn)候開(kāi)始!在英語(yǔ)中,你將使用更正式的"Good morning"或"Good afternoon"而不是"hello."接著,如果你是召開(kāi)會(huì)議的人,你將需要宣布會(huì)議正式開(kāi)始。例如i>"Good morning. It looks like everyone's here, so let's get started."
陳述會(huì)議目的
接著,你必須提醒每個(gè)人此次會(huì)議的目的是將談?wù)撃切┥虅?wù)內(nèi)容。如果你是負(fù)責(zé)人的話,就說(shuō):"Our goal today is..."你還可能聽(tīng)到的短語(yǔ)有"Our goal today is..."或是i>"I've called this meeting to..."然后以簡(jiǎn)短的解釋結(jié)束。例如"We're here today to discuss last quarter's sales figures."

結(jié)束會(huì)議需要一些短語(yǔ):總結(jié)談?wù)撨^(guò)的議題,感謝各位的出席,并且宣布散會(huì)。這并不難!要總結(jié)的話,就可以以"To sum up, we've determined the sales figures could be better and discussed solutions."然后,感謝大家的出席"Thank you all for attending/coming."Let everyone know it's okay to leave with, "The meeting is finished."最后,如果今后還會(huì)有會(huì)議的話就可以說(shuō),"We'll see everyone next..."
