I like the holidy so much. I look forward to holiday every year. Last summer, I went to Shen zhen for my holiday, which is also a city of seashore like Haikou. I enjoyed having a walk along the beach after supper or having a swim in the afternoon. The sky is blue, the air is fersh. Wherever you go, You can always see the green trees, the neat grasses and the colourful flowers. They were really wonderful. Shen Zhen has a lot of tall buildings. And it is a modern city. I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game. If you ask me what my favourite summer holiday will be like, traveling aound the only answer. I hope that one day I could meet different people and vist different places of interest. I wish I could have two long holidays in a year, what about you?

大約五年前，中國(guó)的政府做了一個(gè)決定—取消黃金假期，黃金假期是勞動(dòng)者的長(zhǎng)假期。這樣的決定已經(jīng)引起了大眾的熱議。長(zhǎng)假期讓人們有時(shí)間休息，然而長(zhǎng)假期也有不好。
On the one hand, long holidays provides the time for working people to go home and stay with family. Most people go to work far away from their homes, the far distance causes them lack of enough time to visit parents on weekends. So if they want to spend time with family, long holidays will be needed. Chinese tradition pays special attention to the family union, the long days of vacation give people the chance to stay with family.
一方面，長(zhǎng)假期為工作的人提供了時(shí)間回家，和家人呆在一起。大部分人在遠(yuǎn)離家的地方工作，長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的距離讓人們周末沒有足夠的時(shí)間拜訪父母。因此如果他們想要和家人呆在一起，就得有長(zhǎng)假期。中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)特別注重家庭團(tuán)聚，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的假期讓人們有機(jī)會(huì)和家人呆在一起。
On the other hand, long holidays provides the time for people relax and go for travel, the flooded with tourists in the scenic sites and spots damage the preservation of historic things. We see from the news that when holiday comes, the famous tourist site are full of people, the purpose of enjoying the scenery is being missed, we only see numerous heads.
另一方面，長(zhǎng)假期給予了人們時(shí)間放松和旅行，成群的人在景區(qū)的擁擠破壞了歷史文物。我們從新聞上看到當(dāng)假期到來(lái)的時(shí)候，出名的景區(qū)人滿為患，欣賞風(fēng)景的目的沒了，我們只看到無(wú)數(shù)的人頭。
Though long holiday have pros and cons, I believe that long vacation is better than short vacation, people need to relax from long time’s work.
雖然長(zhǎng)假期有好和不好的方面，我相信長(zhǎng)假期比短假期好，人們需要在長(zhǎng)期的工作中放松。
