　　Do you know what dish is the most popular in the cold winter in China? I know it s hot pot. Hot pot is a Chinese tasteful folk dish. No matter in the north or in the south, people like hot pot very much and every region has its local features. For example, Sihuan hot pot is hot while Guangdong hot pot is famous for its fresh. Usually, there is a metal hot pot in the middle of table. When the soup in the pot is kept simmering, dishes are put into the pot. Beef, mutton, fish and vegetables are the main dishes. It is extremely popular in winter because it can keep the dishes warm all the time. And the atmosphere is hot, too. Friends or relatives sit down together to have a feast. It s a good way to relax.

　　It is very important to deal with the rubbish in cities. For one thing, rubbish may cause a lot of pollution. It may pollute the air, the water and the places we live in. For another, it may do harm to people s health.

　　So in our city, rubbish is well dealt with. First, it is sorted. Then old newspapers and glass are recycled. The harmful wastes are buried and the waste water is cleaned before it goes into the river. The government has already made laws against pollution caused by rubbish.

　　But that s not enough. We must all try our. best to prevent rubbish from polluting the environment so as to. save our city and our living place.

I think it s safe to go to school on foot. Thirdly, I think walking is a kind of sport. It s good for my health. Finally, I can listen to my MP3 when I am walking. It s fantastic, but a little dangerous.
