英語(yǔ)作文：My Friend

　　The old saying "A friend in need is a friend indeed" has become the teaching and standard for true friends.俗話(huà)說(shuō)“患難朋友才是真正的朋友”。

　　Friend

　　Friends are very important to us. When in trouble, we need friends to offer us en couragement and help. With success achieved, we also need friends to share our joys. It's hard to imagine life without friendship!

　　A person should make as many friends as he can. The more friends he has, the more meaningful his life will be. Similarly, a country, too, needs friends. China today, for example, has friends all over the world. With the open policy being successfully carried out, she is certain to make more friends in the future.

　　However,real friends are not easy to find. That's why we highly value our friend ship with them. False friends also exist. They may have a bad influence on our character and are even worse open enemies. Therefore, it is essential we take care in making friends. 朋友

　　朋友對(duì)我們非常重要。當(dāng)碰到困難時(shí)，我們需要朋友給予鼓勵(lì)和幫助：獲得了成功，我們也需要朋友分享我們的歡樂(lè)。沒(méi)有友誼的生活是難以想象的! 一個(gè)人應(yīng)廣交朋友。朋友越多，他的生活將更有意義。同樣，一個(gè)國(guó)家也需要朋友。譬如，今天的中國(guó)，朋友遍天下。隨著開(kāi)放政策成功的施行，中國(guó)將會(huì)有更多的朋友。

　　然而，真正的朋友卻不易尋覓。這就是為什么我們非常珍視朋友之間友誼的原因。假朋友也是存在的，他們對(duì)我們的品格有不良影響，甚至是更壞的公開(kāi)敵人。因 此，根本的問(wèn)題在于慎重交友。

　　An Ideal Friend

　　Friends can be classified into two kinds, good friends and evil friends. Evil friends lead us astray and may destroy our life, while good ones drive us towards the right and make our life successful.

　　Two of them exist in our daily life. However, ideal friends exist in people's mind. They should be diligent, successful and loyal. When you need help, they will stand beside you and be delighted to give you a hand. Also you can share your happiness and sorrow together. In my opinion, friends can share something but they also should keep their own secrets. So I wish my friends wouldn't interfere in my privacy too much. On the other hand, my friends should have Something in common with me, at the same time something special. In this way we can attract each other and learn from each other.

　　理想的明友

　　朋友可以分為兩種，益友和狐朋狗友。狐朋狗友會(huì)使我們誤入歧途，毀了我們的一生;而益友會(huì)使我們明辨是非，使我們成功。

　　日常生活中這兩種朋友都存在。然而，在人們心目中仍存在理想的朋友。這種朋友勤奮、成功并忠誠(chéng)。當(dāng)你需要幫助時(shí)，他們會(huì)與你并肩作戰(zhàn)，伸出援助之手。他們還可以與你分享快樂(lè)與痛苦。

　　我認(rèn)為朋友要分享一些東西但也要保留自己的秘密，所以我希望我的朋友不會(huì)過(guò)多地介入我的私事。從另一方面來(lái)說(shuō)，我的朋友和我應(yīng)有共同之處，同時(shí)又有各自的特點(diǎn)。這樣我們才可以互相吸引，互相學(xué)習(xí)。
