剪紙旗幡我也做過(guò)，(是照自己的方式做的)我先拿來(lái)一條1分米的棍子，再拿來(lái)一張紙，吧之間成一個(gè)三角形的形狀，(自己看一下該剪多大)最后再把紙粘上去。就做成了，你試試吧!
